Built on the Plateau, run by a family that lives here.
When William and Amy Strong opened their doors in Crossville in 2002, they weren't trying to be the biggest agency in Tennessee — just the one their neighbors could actually trust. Independent from day one, they chose to represent the carriers they'd put their own family on, with Erie Insurance as the flagship.
That meant being able to look at home, auto, life, and the business under one roof and shop seven carriers to find the honest fit — not push whatever a single company happened to be selling that quarter.
Today the Strong name covers families from the Cumberland Plateau to Dale Hollow Lake, with a second office in Celina. The tools have changed; the handshake hasn't. We still believe the best policy is the one explained to you, in plain English, by someone who'll pick up when you call.
